I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Finance and Real Estate. I have over 20 years experience working in the real estate industry. I began my real estate career in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1990 with Re/Max Town and Country Office on Scottsdale Road. In 1992 I moved my license to Realty Executives Forum Office. I worked with several builders marketing and selling their homes. I also worked as an REO Agent for several banks. In 1999 my husband and I where relocated to Colorado with his work. I hung my license with Keller Williams and also went to work as a Closing and Market Specialist for HUD while working for First Preston in Denver. When the HUD contracted ended I went to work for Weichert Relocation, until they downsized and went to work as an asset manager for PMH Financial.

Search for property throughout North Idaho
Search the MLS for residential, commercial, multi-family, and vacant land properties listed by all Real Estate companies. Areas included: Kootenai, Bonner, Benewah, and Shoshone Counties.
Foreclosure,
bank-owned, REO properties
throughout North Idaho. These properties usually require a pre-approval
letter from a lender and are in most cases priced very competitively. As
an added advantage, in most cases the transaction can close quickly.
Short sale properties throughout the area. A "short sale" is when the seller owes more to the bank than the property may be worth at market value. The owners need to "sell short" to prevent foreclosure. These require third party creditor/bank approval and can often take 3-6 months to close
